Consolidate the 13 parcels into 3 lots. Taking Bob's recommendation, we would segregate the undeveloped area to the west of the creek Into one lot. The remaining six buildings and land left over (including creek) would be segregated Into 2 lots, thereby allowing a lot line adjustment in the future which is much • easier than shortplatting. Bob, you need to determine where the lot line would have least Impact on proposed use of the buildings and area separation walls. Re: segregate only building 2 or 1&2 etc. This would give us a total of 3 lots in the final configuration. We may likely some no -build easements. New sprinkler systems and all modifications to sprinkler systems involving more than 50 heads shall have the written approval of the W.S.R.B., Factory Mutual, Industrial Risk Insurers, Kemper or any other representative designated and /or recognized by The City of Tukwila, prior to submittal to the Tukwila Fire Prevention Bureau.
