expire by limitation. The building official may extend the time for action by the applicant for a period not exceeding 180
days upon written request by the applicant as defined in Section 107.4 of the Uniform Building Code (current edition). No

11. Location of high water mark of the Green /Duwamish River if site is located within 200' of the high water mark.
