Regarding the employee usage of this site, Wells Fargo Bank would like me to emphasize that this is a training facility for new employees, and advanced education for existing employees. Although the facility is obviously large enough to handle larger numbers of people than indicated on Sheet N4, it is intended for smaller groups. The classes that are held are of short duration (1 -3 days per week) and are kept to an established minimum (15) that maximizes the learning potential of each employee. Furthermore, the visiting trainers are working in a number of facilities through out the western states and will travel to the site with the heaviest trainee load, which varies from week to week. The facility was divided in such a way to minimize the interaction of trainees with the other departments that are located in the NE & North portions of the building, providing a training facility that exceeds the needs of the department. The peak number of trips have been determined as 120. This is based on the possibility that all 5 training rooms have 15 trainees (class maximum) and 1 trainer. Included in the total also, is 1 administrative assistant in the training area and 3 full time employees in other departments. All employees would arrive at the facility at approximately 8 -9am and leave at 5 -6pm. The Training facility would provide at least 3 of the 5 classes with a lunch -time meal, which would limit the number of people leaving and returning to the facility at that hour. Not factored into these figures are the anticipated number of trainees that may use public transportation. Please refer to N4 for details. Finally, regarding the availability of overflow parking for this site, there are two options available to accommodate this. The parking dimensions of the both 90 and 60 degree parking spaces in the plan and legend now reflect a minimum of 19' in length for 90 degree stalls, and the 60 degree spaces were dimensioned at 21' in length and are now noted as 9'x 21' and listed separately on the "New Parking Spaces" legend. Regarding the intended use of the space that was listed as vacant on sheet C3, this would be reserved for future open office space. The parking calculations have been revised accordingly.
