ORDINANCE NO. 607 AN ORDINANCE adopting a revised and extended
Comprehensive Street Program.
RECITALS:
1. The City of Tukwila has previously adopted a Compre-
hensive Street Program pursuant to RCW 35.77.
2. Pursuant to the requirements of RCW 35.77 this is a
revised and extended Comprehensive Street Program.
3. A public hearing on the revised and extended compre-
hensive street program was held on February 2, 1970 at 8:00 P.M.
at the Tukwila City Hall before the Tukwila City Council.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Pursuant to RCW 35.77 and the public hearing
held on the revised and extended Comprehensive Street Program the
attached map and documents marked Exhibit A and incorporated hereii
by reference is declared and adopted as the Comprehensive Street
Program for the City of Tukwila.
Section 2. This ordinance and exhibit shall be filed
with the Director of Highways of the State of Washington within
thirty (30) days of its adoption as required by RCW 35.77.
Section 3. This ordinance and exhibit shall be submitted
to the Urban Arterial Board as required by RCW 35.77.
