SPONSOR'S The Seattle Southside Visitor Center lease term ended on 8/31/09. The City needs a new
SUMMARY lease at the current location or a new location. After evaluating mutiple sites, staff
recommends moving to a new location at 3100 South 176 Street in SeaTac.
The Council is being asked to select a preferred location. Staff will then return to Council
with a proposed lease.
