Drainage Attendees: Tukwila (Joanna Spencer, Ryan Partee), Olympic (Daryl Tapio, Eric Holmgren) Date: Friday, June 23, 2000 The pere test results conducted per the City of Tukwila standards came in higher than would seem prudent in order to install infiltration systems for the downspout drains and footing drains. It was agreed that the best solution would be to run a 6 inch line on the north end of the property running west to east that would convey the water from the houses to the existing catch basin near the northeast corner of Lot 1 approximately 5 feet east of Lot 1. Joanna stated that a joint maintenance agreement would need to be created and she would like to review the document prior to recording. The recommended pipe is ADSN12 with cleanouts every 100 feet. Joanna stated that Pat Brodin would be the best person to contact for this issue and that she would concur with Pat Brodin's decision. This issue was deferred until a meeting with Pat Brodin could be set up. Attendees: Tukwila (Pat Brodin), Olympic (Daryl Tapio) Date: Monday, June 26, 2000 Daryl presented Pat with a site plan showing the 3 lots with the approximate location of the 3 new houses and the sewer drawings provided by Mike Cusick. Pat stated that the new house on Lot 1 could be connected to the existing stub serving the existing house on Lot 2. Per the drawing the stub is 7 feet deep at the property line and would be of adequate depth. Pat stated that the new houses on Lots 3 and 4 could be connected to the manhole in 140 north of Lot 4 by one 6 inch line and an outside drop connection to the manhole. The 6 inch sewer line would proceed south from the manhole to Lot 4 and a Y installed in the ROW north of Lot 4 and proceed east to Lot 3 (See the attached site plan). Fire Department Requirements Attendees: Tukwila (Mike Alderson), Olympic (Daryl Tapio) Date: Monday, June 26, 2000 Mike explained the general requirements for the fire department regarding fire hydrants and sprinkler systems. Daryl presented the site plan showing the locations of the new houses on the three lots. Using a scale the distance was calculated from the hydrant to the new houses. All three new houses were within the 250 foot requirement and therefore a new hydrant was n t required. Mike Alderson stated that the other requirement was to check the flow of they and to contact Mike Cusick for this.
