Inspection and testing performed as follows: I inspected the placing of the flange beams for the south door opening. The contractor drilled each hole to a depth of 5" and cleaned each hole with a wire brush and compressed air. Each hole received Hilti HY150 epoxy followed by a 5/8" threaded rod. Rods were placed with a twisting motion to release air pockets. Workmanship and materials are in accordance with the engineer's detail and manufacturer's recommendations.
