ORDINANCE NO. 587 5
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4 OF ORDINANCE
341 AS AMENDED (Sewer Rates)
THE CITY COUNCIL EF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 4 of Ordinance 341 as amended is hereby amended to
read as follows:
Section 4. Special Rates.
(a) Nothing herein shall be construed to prevent the charging of
special rates under agreement between the City and commercial
and /or industrial recipient.
(b) All charges for sewer services without the corporate limits
of the City of Tukwila shall be two times the amount chargable,
under Section 3 as amended, if the service were provided within
the corporate limits of the City; and prior to the connection of
such sewer service outside the City limits a written contract for
such service shall be made and executed between the City and the
excorporate customer.
