Accept turnover of infrastructure (public water main and fire hydrant)as part Pg.1 of the Tukwila 6, LLC 4 -Lot Short Plat at 14659 62nd Avenue South (value of transferred assets is $36,860.00). c. Accept as complete 2008 Small Drainage Program project with Washington Pg.7 Pipeline, LLC of Mercer Island; authorize release of retainage, subject to the standard claim and lien release procedures (final cost of project, including retainage: $264,563.75). 5. BID AWARDS Award a contract to Green River Construction for the 2009 Small Drainage Pg.l3 Program in the amount of $571,186.50 (see 6/8/09 C.O. W.). 6. PUBLIC An ordinance annexing approximately 259 acres of real property known as the Pg.15 HEARINGS "Tukwila South Project property." Continued from 6/8/09 Committee of the Whole meeting. 7. UNFINISHED a. A resolution adopting a Six -Year Transportation Improvement Program for the Pg.61 BUSINESS period 2010 -2015. b. Approve a fireworks permit submitted by Tom Whitacre for a fireworks Pg.65 display at the Family Fourth at the Fort celebration on July 4, 2009 at the Starfire Sports Complex, 14600 Starfire Way (see 6/8/09 C.O. W.). c. Authorize the Mayor to sign Change Orders 2 and 3 to Contract #08 -093 for Pg.67 the Interurban Avenue South Waterline project with Gary Merlino Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of $30,714.00 (see 6/8/09 C.O. W.J. d. Authorize the Mayor to sign Supplement No. 7 to Contract #06 -049 for Pg.69 construction management services for the Interurban Avenue South Waterline project with Anchor QEA, LLC in the amount of $21,206.00 (see 6/8/09 CO. W.). Pg.71 e. Authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order 5 to Contract #08 -086 for Standby Power Upgrades Year One project with Ebenal General, Inc. in the amount of $50,565.03 (see 6/8/09 C.O. W.). Authorize the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Agreement Amendment with (Continued) King County for enhanced animal control services in the amount of $60,000.00 per year (20 hours of additional services per week). OR 2. Authorize the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Agreement Amendment with King County for enhanced animal control services in the amount of $30,000.00 per year (10 hours of additional services per week). 3. Authorize the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Agreement with the City of SeaTac and King County for enhanced animal control services. h.
