Human Services Advisory Board Position #4: Attached is the application of Christopher Lowrance. I am recommending he be appointed to Position #4 of the Human Services Advisory Board. Established a non - profit from inception (all volunteer) to 12 employees, worked with a broad range of stakeholders to create long -term housing solutions, increased annual Federal investment in local supportive housing programs from $5 million to over $15 million.
