ISSUE
There is a vacant position on the Human Services Advisory Board and I am recommending the
appointment of Christopher Lowrance to fill the vacancy.

Position #4: Attached is the application of Christopher Lowrance. I am recommending he be
appointed to Position #4 of the Human Services Advisory Board. His term will
expire on April 30, 2016.

I PROFILE
Experienced project manager and grants manager in non - profit and community -based
organizations. Established a non - profit from inception (all volunteer) to 12 employees, worked
with a broad range of stakeholders to create long -term housing solutions, increased annual
Federal investment in local supportive housing programs from $5 million to over $15 million. I
am a Master's level Social Worker, and have earned a Master's of Science in Library Science.
