13. ALL DEBRIS SHALL BE REMOVED FROM PREMISES AND ALL AREAS
SHALL BE LEFT IN A CLEAN (BROOM) CONDITION AT ALL TIMES.
14. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL TAKE ALL NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS TO
ENSURE THE SAFETY OF THE OCCUPANTS AND WORKERS AT ALL TIMES.
15. APPROVED PLANS SHALL BE KEPT IN A PLAN BOX AND SHALL N07
BE USED BY ANY WORKMEN. ALL CONSTRUCTION SETS SHALL REFLECT
THE SAME INFORMATION AS WELL AS ALL REVISIONS, ADDENDA, AND
CHANGE ORDERS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ALSO MAINTAIN IN
GOOD CONDITION, ONE COMPLETE SET OF PLANS WITH ALL
REVISIONS, ADDENDA, AND CHANGE ORDERS, R O TEE PREMISES AT
ALL R NTE DENT ARE TO BE UNDER THE CARE OF THE JOB
SUPERINTENDENT.
16. TEE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COMPLETE
SECURITY OF THE BUILDING AND SITE WALE JOB 15 IN PROGRESS
AND UNTIL THE JOB IS COMPLETED.
11 ALL WORK SHALL BE GUARANTEED FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1 YEAR
AFTER COMPLETION, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED, AND SHALL BE
SO STATED IN CONTRACTORS WRITTEN PROPOSAL AND AGREEMENT.

OPENING DIMENSIONS WITH DOOR AND WINDOW MANUFACTURERS.

RECOGNIZED AGENCY SHOWING THE SPECIFIC RATING.

25. EXIT SIGNS AND EMERGENCY EXIT ILLUMINATION SHALT_ CONFORM TO THE 1991 UBC
CHAPTER 10 AND TUKWILA FIRE MARSHAL REQUIREMENTS. CONTRACTOR TO

AND THE CURRENT UNIFORM FIRE CODE. PERMIT MAY BE REQUIRED.
29. ALL DRAPES, HANGINGS, CURTAINS, DROPS, AND ALL OTHER
DECORATIVE MATERIAL, INCLUDING CHRISTMAS TREES THAT WOULD
TEND TO INCREASE THE FIRE AND PANIC HAZARD SHALL BE MADE
FROM NON - FLAMMABLE MATERIAL, OR SHALL BE TREATED AND
MAINTAINED IN A FIRE RETARDANT CONDITION BY MEANS OF A
FLAME RETARDANT SOLUTION OR PROCESS APPROVED BY THE CITY
FIRE MARSHAL PROVIDE A CERTIFICATION TO THIS EFFECT.

LOCATIONS SHALL NOT BE CONCEALED OR OBSTRUCTED BY
