b. Authorize the Mayor to sign an Authorization for Transfer of Funds #BT09 -005) Pg.29
in the amount of $392,416.00 from various City departments to the General Fund
to provide for 2009 departmental budget reductions (see 10/26/09 CO. W).
c. Authorize the Mayor to sign a contract with M. J. Durkan, Inc. for 2010 lobbying Pg.33
services, in the amount of $4,000.00 per month, plus expenses that shall not exceed
$500.00 per month (see 10/26/09 CO. W).
