THE AMOUNTS OF THE BONDS FOR THE CITY
TREASURER, CITY CLERK, TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS
CLERK, CITY ATTORNEY AND POLICE CHIEF AND
REPEALING ORDINANCE 386.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Pursuant to R.C.W. 35.24.080 the sums for the
official bonds of the City Treasurer, City Clerk, Traffic Violations
Clerk, City Attorney and Chief of Police are hereby set in the following
amounts:
City Treasurer 5,000.00
City Clerk 5,000.00
Traffic Violations Clerk 5,000.00
City Attorney 1,000.00
Chief of Police 1,000.00
Section 2. The following Ordinance is hereby repealed:
Ordinance 386, adopted August 5, 1963.
