ISSUE Review the 2014-2019 Proposed Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Water, Sewer, and Surface Water Enterprise Funds. DISCUSSION As requested by Council, Utilities Committee and staff will review the Proposed 2014 CIP and specifically, the 2014 CIP Attachments D, E, and F for the Water, Sewer, and Surface Water Enterprise funds. The Water, Sewer, and Surface Water Comprehensive Plans are scheduled to be completed this year and additional utility projects will be forthcoming, as well as an analysis of each utility's financial stability.
