BUSINESS Policing Citizens' Advisory Board regarding the qualifications of the
student representative.
b. An ordinance amending the Gambling Tax Ordinance relating to the Pg.9
waiver of gambling tax for bona fide charitable and non profit
organizations.
c. Authorize the Mayor to sign a contract with Tetra Tech, Inc. for the Pg.13
Tukwila Pond Alum Injection and Aeration project in the amount of
$27,998.00 (see 3/23/09 C.O. W.).
d. Records Storage Facility (see 3/23/09 C.O. W.).• Pg.15
1) Authorize the Mayor to enter into a five -year lease agreement with
International Gateway East LLC (Sabey) for $311,266.80, plus operating
costs for the Records Storage Facility.
2) Authorize the Mayor to proceed with the acquisition of shelving in the
amount of $48,736.95 for the Records Storage Facility.
