SPONSOR'S The contract will provide final design of the Alum Injection and Aeration Project for the
SUMMARY Tukwila Pond. The project will provide an alum injection and aeration system that will
remove phosphorus, increase oxygen content and reduce algal blooms in the pond. Tetra
Tech began the evaluation and preliminary design and this contract will finalize design and
prepare the project to be bid for construction. Council is being asked to approve the
contract with Tetra Tech in the amount of $27,998.00.
