with King County for the allocation of Conservation Futures for the acquisition
of Duwamish Gardens (see 2/23/09 Co. W).
d. Authorize the Mayor to sign an agreement with Bergerl Abam for the Riverton Pg.17
Creek Flap Gate Removal project in the amount of $121,842.00 (see 2/23/09
Co. W).
e. An ordinance granting a non-exclusive franchise to Time Warner Telecom of
Washington LLC for the purpose of constructing, operating, and maintaining a
telecommunications system in certain public rights-of-way in the City.
Motion to elect a Mayor Pro Tempore to serve during the upcoming absence of
Mayor Ha erton and Council President Hernandez.
