SPONSOR'S King County and the City of Tukwila entered into Interlocal Cooperation Agreement #92-
SUMDRY 113 for the allocation of King County Conservation Futures for the acquisition of parks and
open space. This amendment will include new funding of $700,000.00 for the acquisition
of Duwamish Gardens. Council is being asked to approve the amendment to the interlocal
agreement with King County to allocate additional funding for Duwamish Gardens.
