I am pleased to submit the application of Andrew Kim. Mr. Kim has applied to fill the vacancy
in Position #5. This is the at -large position, which does not require residency in the City. Mr.
Kim was recently an English teacher in Ikawa and has traveled with the Ikawa delegation to
Tukwila in the past. His term in Position #5 will expire December 31, 2012.
Unless I hear otherwise from members of the City Council before December 24, I will invite
Mr. Kim to the January 5, 2009 Regular City Council meeting to have his appointment
confirmed.
