July 17, 1961
A Special meeting of the Tukwila Town Council was called to order
by the Mayor, Charles G. Baker, at 8 :00 P.M. Councilmen present
were Stan ivlinkler, E. W. Ives and Jerry hamilton.
Mayor Baker explitned the meeting had been called to discuss
plans for development sewage L. I. DTs.
Mr. Drugge with harstad Associates recommended the Council again
advertise for bids on construction of Schedule C
Mr. Minkler moved we accept the recommendation of lvir. Drugge and
advertise for bids on Schedule C- of Local Improvement District �r 3
bids to be accepted on August 2, 1961 up to 8 :00 P.Ivl., seconded by
Ivir. Ives and carried.
By motion meeting adjourned at 9 :05 P.M.

A Special meeting of the Tukwila Town Council was called to order
by the Mayor, Oharles 0. taker, at 8 :00 P.IYI. Councilmen present were
A. G. Radford, E. W. Ives, R. K. Doyle and Jerry Hamilton.

Two bids to furnish and install Sewage treatment Facilities were
received and opened. Mr. Drugge of Harstad Associates was asked to
examine the bids and report to the Council on Monday, August 7th.
A meeting was announced for August 8, 1961 to consider "Flood
Protection, Green River iatershed Mr. Zepp was asked to attend
this meeting.
Mr. Ives moved Ord. 333, granting a water line Franchise to Seattle
be placed on its first reading, seconded by Mr. Doyle and carried.
There was some discussiob regarding the relocation of the water,,.
line crossing the development. Mr. Radford moved Mr. Zepp and Mr.
Minkler be authorized to work out an agreement with the developers
according to plan outlibed by Mr. Zepp, seconded by Mr. Doyle and cam' ed
carried.
Mr. Doyle moved meeting adjourn, seconded by i Hamilton and
carried. lvieeting adjourned at 9:05.
