AN ORDINANCE establishing procedures and
fees for annexation petitions and repealing
Ordinance 483
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. All annexation petitions presented to the City
of Tukwila shall require the following:
1. Legal description and maps. The legal description of
the property and plat outlining the boundaries of the property,
sought to be annexed, shall be certified by a licensed land
surveyor or engineer.
2. Filing and publication costs. Petitioner will pay for
any costs of ordinance publication, recording fees, or fees to
the Boundary Review Board if applicable.
Section 2. City of Tukwila Ordinance No. 483 is hereby
repealed.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Tukwila,
Washington this 5th day of May, 1969.
