b. An ordinance of the City Council of the City of Tukwila, Washington, increasing the Pg.11
regular property tax levy 1% from the previous year, commencing January 1, 2009.

BUSINESS 1) An ordinance levying the general taxes for the City of Tukwila in King County for the
fiscal year, commencing January 1, 2009, on all property, both real and personal.
2) An ordinance increasing the regular property tax levy 1% from the previous year,
commencing January 1, 2009, on all property, both real and personal.
b. Public Works Rate Increases: Pg.17
1) An ordinance increasing Sewer Rates, commencing January 1, 2009.
2) A resolution increasing Water Rates, commencing January 1, 2009.
c. An application to amend the Comprehensive Plan map designation from Low Density Pg.25
Residential (LDR) to Medium Density Residential (MDR) on approximately 1.4 acres.
d. Authorize the Mayor to sign a purchase and -sale agreement with the Boys and Girls Clubs Pg.41
of Thurston County for the acquisition of open space at 5800 South 152nd Street in the
amount of $150,000.00 (see 11 /10 /08 C 0. W.).
e. Authorize the Mayor to sign an agreement with Robert W. Droll Landscape Architects for Pg.43
the Tukwila Pond Park Development De sign in the amount of $34,100.54
(see 11/10/08 C.O. W.).
f. An ordinance establishing level -of- service standards for parks and open space and Pg.45
amending Ordinance No. 2207 that adopted the Parks, Recreation and Open Space Plan.
