Subject: Public Hearing on 2009 -2010 Proposed Budget and
2009 -2014 Capital Improvement Program
The public hearing on the 2009 -2010 Proposed Budget and 2009 -2010 Capital Improvement
Program is conducted in accordance with RCW 35A.34.110. During the hearing taxpayers are
given the opportunity to be heard for or against any part of the budget. In accordance with RCW
35A.34.100, notice of public hearing was published for two weeks prior to the hearing.
The draft budget ordinance and resolution will be reviewed at the Finance and Safety Committee
meeting on November 18 and upon recommendation by the committee, forwarded to
Committee of the Whole on November 24"', then City Council on December 1st
