"'ilED ORDINANCE NO. 550 ORO #1063 AN ORDINANCE establishing a Park
Acquisition and Development Fund
and setting forth provisions for
use thereof.
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila has entered into an
agreement with the County of King as set forth in City of Tukwila
Ordinance 531, and
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila has received $35,669.00
from the County of King through the Forward Thrust Program, and
WHEREAS, said agreement states the money shall be held
in trust according to the terms of King County Resolution No.
34571.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tukwila
do ordain as follows:
There is hereby created and established in the office of
the City Treasurer, City of Tukwila a fund to be known and
designated as the Park Acquisition and Development Fund.
All monies received for the purpose of development of Public
Park and Recreational Facilities shall be deposited in said fund
and shall be faithfully applied to the purposes authorized in
King County Resolution No. 34571 as set forth in City of Tukwila
agreement authorized by Ordinance 531.
