44 13)5 AN ORDINANCE adopting a Comprehensive Park
and Recreational Plan for the City of Tukwila
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila has authorized and re-
quested the firm of Olson, Richert and Bignold to prepare a
Comprehensive Park Plan for the City of Tukwila, and
WHEREAS, said firm has prepared a comprehensive plan
for the acquisition and development of recreational facilities
within the City of Tukwila, and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held on March 6, 1969 by
the Tukwila City Council to consider said Comprehensive Park Plan
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tukwila
do ordain as follows:
That the Comprehensive Park and Recreational Plan
developed by Olson, Richert and Bignold, a copy of which is on
file in the office of the City Clerk, is- hereby declared to be
and is adopted as the Comprehensive Park Plan for the City of Tukwila.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 17th day of March, 1969.
