ORDINANCE NO. 543
AN ORDINANCE adopting a portion of a
Comprehensive Drainage Plan for an area
within the City of Tukwila
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila has authorized and re-
quested the City Engineer to prepare a Comprehensive Drainage
Plan for an area within the City of Tukwila, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer, Hill, Ingman, Chase and
Company has prepared said plan,
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tukwila
do ordain as follows:
Section 1: That the Comprehensive Drainage Plan
prepared by Hill, Ingman, Chase arl'd Company, marked Exhibit C
and attached hereto, is incorporated hereby by reference.
Section 2: That Exhibit C is hereby declared to be
and is adopted as the Comprehensive Drainage Plan for the area
outlined in red on Exhibit C, with the pipe sizes to be shown
in green on Exhibit C.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in effect from
and after its passage and publication as required by law.
