The regular Meeting of the Town Council was held on the above
date, being called -to order by the Mayor at the hour of 8 :05 o'cloc
P .M.
There were Present:
E. W. Engel, Mayore,
John 0. Wold,
Be G. Northrup,
F. E. Kline and
M. H. Miller, Councilmen.
Minutes of the last regular and special meetings were read a
approved.
Hr. Wold reported that crossings were in bad order, and as
Chairman of the Cortunittee on Streets and Alleys, was ordered to see_
that they were kept in passable condition.
The Committee on Streets and Alleys were also empowered to
reliair any mudholes in the streets that in their judgment needed tu--

Mr. Miller moved that the resolution of the Council made at a forme
