BUSINESS staff report and approve the Unclassified Use Permit (UUP) and Design Review
Application to replace and expand the existing Bow Lake Transfer/Recycling
Station currently located at 18000 Orillia Road South.

b. Third party utility coordination agreements for Tukwila International Boulevard Pg.5
(TIB) Phase II and III Project.
1. Authorize the Mayor to sign an interlocal coordination agreement with Water
District #125 for the Tukwila International Boulevard Phase II and III Project.
(Prices determined by bid; with the City of Tukwila to be reimbursedfor all
costs.)
2. Authorize the Mayor to sign an interlocal coordination agreement with Valley
View Sewer District for the Tukwila International Boulevard Phase II and III
Project. (Prices determined by bid; with the City of Tukwila to be reimbursed
for all costs.)
c. Authorize the Mayor to sign Supplement #5 to Agreement #06-045 with KBA, Pg.7
Inc. for construction management services for the Tukwila 205 Levee, Site 5
Retaining Wall in the amount of $90,000.00.
