The Regular 2Seeting of the Council was held on the above date.
There were present:
E. W. Engle, Mayor,
Jno. 0. Wold,
F. Kline and
B. G. Northrup, Councilmen.
Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
Yr. Wold asked permission to improve the road leading from the
end of Riverside Avenue to Foster, within the limits of Tukwila.
Granted and the Clerk instructed to inform the County Cormnissionera
and ask them to complete the improvements or repairs to Foster or
the County Road. The petition for Grading Riverside Avenue.with-
drawn.
Ordinance relating to stock running at large within Town
limits, passed its secondreading.
The resignation of Frank W. Johansen, as Councilman, was received
and accepted.
Resignation of O.H.Springer as-Police Magistrate was accepted.
?sir. David Stauffer was elected as Police hagistrate to fill
vacancy occasioned by resignation of 11r. Springer.
The election of Councilman to fill vacancy caused by the resig
nation of Mr. Johansen, laid over until next meeting.
Upon motion made and seconded, Mr. Wold was instructed to see
that the thistles in the streets of the town were cut.
The natter of moving the lumber purchased to build sidewalk mac'
�,rbm •Riv-,erside`,Avenue. to Highland Drive, laid over until next meeting:
The mater of repairing Ifain Street and Clarence Avenue to the
School House, laid over until next meeting.
The Clerk was direct ed to make copy of all Ordinances to date
and put in proper book form for use of Town Officials.
The second quarterly report of the Treasurer was read and
accepted.
Communications were read from P.S.E' Ry. and County Health Offi-
cer and ordered filed.
The following bills were read, approved and warrants ordered
drawn in their payment: Sam 11yers., work with team on Streets,. $9.00
Hans Weiderman, work,Riverside Age. 3.00

No further business appearing, meeting was adjourned
at 9 :30 P.S.
