Maintain sprinkler protection for all enclosed areas. 2. Maintain present portable extinguisher coverage. 3. Enclose the rolling grill mechanical /electrical equipment in a one -hour rated fire - resistive enclosure or provide automatic sprinkler protection for the above - ceiling area. 4 . All interior wall covering materials shall be fire - resistive or shall be treated to be fire - resistive, so as to result in a Flame- Spread Rating of at least Class III (Class II for Exit - ways). A certificate of Flame- Spread Rating is required to be delivered to the Fire Department. 5. Per UFC Sec. 10.104(b), "All doors in or leading to exits shall be maintained openable from the inside without the use of a key or any special knowledge or effort at all times when the build- ing or area served thereby is occupied." 6. Per UFC Sec. 10.113, "At every required exit doorway, and wherever otherwise required to clearly indicate the direction of egress, an exit sign with letters at least 6 inches high and readily disting- uishable shall be maintained."
