Per UFC Sec. 10.104(b), ''All doors in or leading to exits shall be maintained . openable from the inside without the use of a key or any special knowledge or effort at all times when the building or area served thereby is occupied." 2. Per UFC Sec. 10.113, At every required exit doorway, and wherever otherwise required to clearly indicate the direction of egress, an exit sign with letters at least 6 inches high and readily distinguishable shall be maintained." 3. Walls. be fire stopped per UBC Sec. 2517(f). 4.: Fire extinguishers shall be provided per NFPA #10, as a minimum requirement. One dry chemical extinguisher rated 2 -A, 10 B:C is required. 5, An approved, supervised smoke - detection system is requft per City Ordinance #1061. An approved automatic sprinkler system may be insta?ledlin lieu of a smoke detection system. . Provide the hose rack with 50 ft. of lined, single- jacket hose.
