This will confirm our meeting on Tune 14, 1979, regarding the question
of legal access to the above stated projects currently in the permit
stage with your city offices.
Mr. Boeing, or his successors, will grant mutual non - exclusive
easements for ingress and egress of a minimum of 24 feet extending
from the curb cut on the cul -de -sac of the North Access Road following'
the real property line between the above stated projects northerly and
terminating at Uplands Drive. The easements will be recorded of
record no later than August 1, 1979.
