( Permittee By Mr. James Weymouth P.O. Box 385 Redmond, WA 98052 Dear Mr. Weymouth: City of Tukwila Planning Division 6200 Southcenter Boulevard Tukwila, Washington 98188 433 -1845 Office of Community Development RE: MOTEL BUILDING PERMIT 1 June 1979 The Planning Division has requested that the building permit for your proposed motel on 48th Avenue South in Tukwila be delayed until a Boundary Line Adjustment has been completed by Mr. 4 Mrs. Strander. I have spoken with Mrs. Strander and sent her the necessary forms. Denny's Restaurant has. submitted an application for a building permit, which includes a sidewalk along 48th Avenue South. It is the Planning Division's interpretation that when other busi- nesses on 48th Avenue South began constructing sidewalks that you would construct one in front of the motel. Therefore, I would anticipate that'a sidewalk will be required as a condition of the building permit. Sincerely, t'oeitt4- Roger J. Blaylock Assistant Planner T
