Subject: Denny Restaurant - 13100 - 48th Avenue South - Tukwila, WA
I have checked the plans for the above building in accordance with the
1976 edition of the Uniform Building Code and the Washington State
Requirements for Barrier Free Design. Here are my findings:
A. All hardware used by the public shall comply with Sec. 5501(a), (b)
and (c).
B. Floor coverings shall comply with Sec. 5504(a), (b) and (c).
C. Signage shall be provided as required by Sec. 5505(a), (b)(1)(a),
Sec. 7502(m) and Sec. 7503(d).
. Telephone counter shall have clearance underneath of not less than
29 inches above the floor, Sec. 1713. (See Sheet A -12, detail one.)
I am returning the drawings, specifications and calculations. Please
