Dear Mr. Hunt:
After examining our files on this structure in the context of
your current request for tenant improvements, there seems to
remain some confusion as to the approved quantity and layout
of onsite parking is needed to serve the project's mix
of office and warehouse space. To resolve this matter as
quickly as possible, would you be kind enough to supply us
with the following ?:
A. A leasing diagram of the entire building 247
showing committed and projected office /ware-
house floor area breakdowns for each tenant
space.
A site diagram showing parking stall quantity
and layout based . on the floor area commitments
under "A" above, at a ratio of 1 space /1000 sq.
feet G.F.A. for warehouse use and 3.1 space/
1000 sq. ft. .G.F.A. office use.

development and should facilitate: of future tenant
