Dear Al, In reviewing the above mentioned project plans, please.note the following items: 1. Per UFC Section 10.104(B), "All doors in or leading to exits shall be maintained openable from the inside without the use of a key or any special knowledge or effort at all times when the building or area served thereby is occupied ". 2, Per UFC Section 10.113, "At every required exit doorway, and wherever otherwise required to clearly indicate the direction of egress, an exit sign with letters at least six inches high' and readily distinguishable shall be maintained ". 3. Fire extinguishers shall be provided per NAPA #10,. as a minimum requirement. 4. Protective guard post. or curbs are required around. gas meters, electrical vaults, sprinkler valves and hydrants: 5.
