This LID has a good chance of being carried out by the Public Works Department in the next few years. In reviewing this agreement, I have identified several problems which could arise due to its wording. Also, recent court decisions involving past LID's for the City may . require specific input by the City's attorney to assure its intent is viable and well defined. I am requesting that the agreement be drafted by yourself with the aid of Mr. Bruce Solly of the Unifer / Speea development (575 - 4825). In order that the City may proceed and issue permits to allow his development to proceed, I have requested a letter of intent on the same subject be supplied by Mr. Solly which is binding on present and. future owners of the development. You may wish to be of aid to Mr. Solly in his drafting of this document also. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me at 433 -1856.
