the Chair. ?Leeting was called to order at the hour of 8:30 o'clock.

The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
The various regular cor-uLittees had' n.othing to report. The
Special Auditing Corn -i ttee appoin by the ayo. to examine the
books of the Treasurer and Clerk filed their report, which, together
with the several reports of he -iayor, Treasurer and Clerk, are append-
ed herewith.

There being no further business to come before the Council,
meeting was adjourned sine die, at the hour of 8:30 o'clock, P.'u.
