There acre present; I.I. Hall, -T ayor J. V'. Wilson, Jno. G. Hopkins and Frank W. Johansen, Councilmen_. The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved. The various regular cor-uLittees had' n.othing to report. The Special Auditing Corn -i ttee appoin by the ayo. to examine the books of the Treasurer and Clerk filed their report, which, together with the several reports of he -iayor, Treasurer and Clerk, are append- ed herewith.
