Re: Bedford & Associates Building Dear Mr. Piepers: We are writing to confirm the phone conversation of today regarding the requirement of fire sprinklers on this project. In talking with the architect, he has informed me that the main change to the prints that you now have will be tollower the wall height of the concrete dividing wall between areas B and C. The 30" parapet will be eliminated. Other than this there will be only slight cosmetic changes made to the exterior of the building. I understand that there will be no letter of commitment needed from a sprinkler company, but that no certificate of occupancy will be issued until the sprinklers have been installed. I also understand that there will be no re submittal required for this change. Thank you for your promptness in pointing out the requirement for a sprinkler. If we can be of any further assistance please contact us.
