BCSC will cooperate with the City of Tukwila to satisfy Planning Commission concerns following discontinuation of use by BCSC of the lot as explained in Item No. 2 above. 4. BCSC understands that some or all of the cost to satisfy City requirements may be the responsibility of Boeing Computer Services Company and we are prepared to negotiate an agreement.
