BCSC intends to occupy the subject lot for the period beginning. March 13, 1978 through June 2, 1978, or until BCSC has occupied Buildings Three and Four. 2. Total BCSC parking needs will be satisfied by completion of the additional parking facility to be constructed directly west of SCS Buildings Three and Four and north of Corporate Drive. Completion of this parking lot is scheduled for June 1, 1978. 3. BCSC will cooperate with the City of Tukwila to satisfy Planning Commission concerns following discontinuation of use by BCSC of the lot as explained in Item No. 2 above. 4. BCSC understands that some or all of the cost to satisfy City requirements may be the responsibility of Boeing Computer Services Company and we are prepared to negotiate an agreement.
