• The distance between the centerline of 58th Avenue (r.ight -of -way).
must be at least 55 feet. Since the right -of -way extension of
58th Avenue is 40 feet in width, the building may be located no

This is to confirm our discussions and agreement at a meeting on April 3
CC between ourselves, Mrs. Lynn West, Mr. Jerry Knudson and Mrs. Ann Altmayer
that on the part of the Public Works Department, the building permit to
CL Mrs. West can be released with the understanding that:
-- The utility and temporary access plan submitted by Mrs.
West's builder on March 31, 1978 is withdrawn;

Mrs. West and Mr. Knudson will develop a plan for utility
Li and access development to serve their common interest, and
(D they will submit this plan to the Building Official for
processing, review and approval;
L -- The above - referenced common plan will be based upon perma-
nent facilities built to City standards, if possible and /or
temporary facilities which will be replaced by permanent
facilities under a future LID in which the Wests and Knudsons
643 will participate as property owners. The Public Works Depart-
ment will encourage initial development of permanent sewer and
rem water facilities if two residences are built before an LID is
I completed and will assist Mrs. West and Mr. Knudson to review
that advantage for doing this before they make a final decision.
