A Special Meeting of the Town Council was held o?. the above date,
wits J.?�i.iall, p;Aayor pro tem, in the chair.
Meeting was called to order at the hour of 8:15 P. Av o'clock.
The Zr.ayor stated that the meeting had been called for the purpose
of calling a Special Election to elect a Mayor to fill the vacancy
existing by the resignation of Joel Shomaker. After going through the
formality of calling this election, there being no further business
to come before the council, meeting was adjourned at the hour of
8 :30 o'clock.

The regular 1 of the Town Council was called to order at
the hour of 8:45 P..Y. by J. Pu.Hall, Mayor pro tem, and there not
being a quorum present, the same was immediately adjourned.
