the Westerly margin of Secondary State Highway No. 5-M (West Vally.Road)
and Southerly of the following-described line; •
Beginning at the center of said Section No. 25; thence Westerly along
the East and West center line of said Section, 897.56 ft. to the center
line of the main track of the Chicago Milwaukee St. Paul and Pacific
Railroad Co. and the Oregon-Washington Railline, South 2° 40' East
