Instead of the usual approach of having separate construction, leasing, and permanent signs of varying design and quality, we are proposing a combined sign composed of individual panels. This sign would cover all four phases (eight office buildings) and be located as shown on the partial site plan. When the entire project is completely constructed, the Developer /Architect /Contractor portion of the sign will be painted out to become a colored design element. At some later date the same thing will be done to the leasing agent panel, leaving only the project title and logo. We believe that this approach to the signage will provide a more desireable result than a series of separate, uncoordinated signs. Your help will be most appreciated. Sincer ly yours, J.
