That portion of the Stephen Foster Donation Claim no. 38, Township 23
north, range 4 east, W.N,., in King County, Washington,described as
follows:
Beginning at a point and stake in the south line of said Donation Claim,
N which is 926.45 feet south and 1499.40 feet east of the quarter section
corner in the west line of section 14 of said township; running thence
east along the south line of said Donation Claim 444.50 feet, more or
P— less, to a point and stake in the westerly line of the right of way of the
Seattle Tacoma Interurban Railway; thence north 44 °511 west along said

east corner of the tract of land conveyed to Joseph Foster and wife to

Sound Electric Railway, which point is 49 feet northerly from the
intersection of said westerly line with the south line of said Donation
Land Claim; thence along said westerly line north 45° west 512 feet, more
or less to a point 397 feet southerly from its intersection with the
southerly line of an 18 foot lane (now know as South 137th Street);
thence south 650 west 211 feet, more or less to a point which is 128
feet north 650 east from the easterly margin of Lemon Road (56th Avenue
:'outh) as established March 9, 1906; thence south 45 °491 east 85 feet
thence south 65° west 128 feet to a point on said road margin which is
south 45 °491 east 541.25 feet from the southerly margin of said 18 foot
roadway; thence along said Lemon Road, south 45 °401, 234 feet, more or
less, to an intersection with a line which is parallel to the south line
