This office has recently completed its preliminary review of the above - referenced
building permit application.
The site plan submitted with the permit application indicates a seven (7) foot
sideyard setback on the north and.a six (6) foot sideyard setback on the south.
Section 18.12.090(a) of the Tukwila Zoning Code requires a sideyard of eight (8)
feet on each side of your proposed structure.
Please revise your site plan accordingly and re- submit the revised plan to us at
your earliest convenience. We will hold your permit in abeyance until we receive
a revised drawing.
