It has come to the attention of this office during our review of the above- mentioned building permit application that the proposed residential building is not on a separate "lot of record." We have investigated the County's assessor's maps and have found that the proposed structure, as well as another residential structure (16444 - 51st Avenue South), appear to be on the same lot. We can find no evidence which indicates this lot has been subdivided and taxed separately and, therefore, cannot issue a building per - mit until the lot is divided. If you have evidence to the contrary, please notify this office at your earliest convenience. We will hold your permit application in abeyance until this problem is resolved.
