Fire dampers required per UBC Standard #43 -7 (if applicable). 2. Per UFC Sec. 10.104(b), "All doors in or leading to exits shall be maintained open able from the inside without the use of a key or any special knowledge or effort at all times when the building or area served thereby is occupied." Per UFC Sec. 10,113, "At every required exit doorway, and wherever otherwise required to clearly indicate the direction of egress, an exit sign with letters at least 6 inches high and readily distinguishable shall be maintained." 4, Sprinkler system required in Seminar & storage area. All sprinkler drawings shall be prepared by companies licensed to perform this type of work.
