It is slightly different than what I had discussed with you on the telephone. Three (3) parking stalls were eliminated so that owner would not have to add more pavement. The setbacks along 57th Avenue South are to be landscaped according to 18.56.055 (4). The two (2) parking stalls at the end of service drive should be marked and used for employees only. The site plan that you had resubmitted appeared to show that the screening and /or fencing along the rear of the lot was not on the property line; it should be.
