!hen between 2,OCO and 3,000 sq_ ft. the allowable sign area is 3 -1/2 %.
(3) When the area is between 888 sq. ft. (56 lineal ft.) and 2,000 sq. ft.
the allowable sign area is 4-1/2%.
(4) When the area is under 888 sq. ft. (56 lineal ft.) the allowable sign

TENANT IDENTIFICATION SIGNS.,Tenant Tdatification signs shall be boxed signs with a " 1•1ed i em • -
Bronze" border. Box shall he 3' -0" high,; as shown on this drawing. All lighted f`
signs shall be back lighted:"-Any-color of background and letter may be used. Letter style
shall be as determined by tenant.
SERVICE DOOR SIGNS. Service door signs shall be 3" x 35 -5/3 ", 1/15" thick '' orplex ", No.905
Brown, satin finish. Cut in letters shall be 1 -3/8 ".high white, helvetica, all caps. Sign go
shall start 6" out from door jamb, mounted on the wall and the top of the sign shall be 6` -0" !:s
above the floor.
TENANT ADDRESSES. Addresses shall be 3 -1/2" high helvetica numbers, painted white on the
outside of the glass and centered in the glass transom above the door.
APPROVALS. Before construction and installation of signs, submit Bien drawing to the Benaroya
Sign Committee for approval. Any requested variance from the sign policy must receive ap -'
proval from the Benaroya Sign Cocetittee.
CITY SIG;, PERMIT.. A sign permit from the City of Tukwila must be obtained before erecting or
installation of tenant identification signs.
